Microbes in the form of bacteria and fungus are present in all diesel fuels. Long periods of fuel storage can create ideal opportunities for microbes to grow in fuel tanks. The first indication of microbial contamination is mucous-like accumulations on fuel-filters and increased requirements for fuel-filter replacement. Microbes can only be removed from the fuel system by use of a diesel fuel biocide.
I've been using the Power Service Bio Kleen for my diesel engine and it's made a big difference. The 16 oz bottle is the perfect size, and it really helps keep the fuel system clean. My engine runs smoother now!

Effective Biocide for Diesel Fuel
I’ve been using this Power Service biocide for a few weeks now and have noticed cleaner fuel and better performance. The 16 oz size is convenient, too. Definitely worth giving it a try if you have diesel issues.

Decent, but not a magic fix
This biocide works pretty well, but I expected it to get rid of all the gunk in one go. It took a couple of treatments to see noticeable changes. Still, it’s better than nothing!

Packaging Issues, but Product Works
While the Bio Kleen works well at treating my diesel fuel, the packaging arrived slightly dented. Not a huge issue since the product itself is solid, but it would’ve been nicer to get it in perfect condition.

I had high hopes for this diesel fuel biocide, but it didn't do much for my situation. After using the 16 oz bottle, my engine still had issues. Maybe it’s just my diesel, but I’m not impressed.
