I was excited to replace the open differential in my Lincoln with this locker. It works okay, but I did have some trouble with the instructions which took longer than expected to sort out. Overall, it's doing its job after a few tweaks.

Made Off-Roading a Breeze

Not What I Expected
When I received the PowerTrax locker for my Mercury, I noticed some scratches on the finish, which was disappointing. Moreover, it didn't fit as well as I hoped and required some modification. I wish it was easier to install, as I was really looking forward to using it.

Good but a Bit Noisy
The locker works well for my Ford, and I can really feel the difference when I hit those tough trails. Just a heads up, though — it can get a little noisy when turning. Otherwise, great product for open differentials!
