I received my spanner wrench earlier this week and was excited to use it, but it arrived with some scratches. It works as intended, but the appearance was disappointing. Packaging could have been better.

Sturdy and Efficient Tool
I recently used the Progressive Suspension SW-784 softail preload spanner wrench on my bike and it worked like a charm. The grip feels solid and it’s easy to adjust the preload. Definitely made my suspension tuning a breeze!

The Progressive Suspension preload spanner wrench worked okay for my Softail, but the markings on the tool could be clearer. It took me a few tries to get the right setting. Otherwise, it feels solid and durable.
