Not what I expected
I was disappointed with this kit. It arrived with a couple of pieces that didn’t match my Yamaha XV1600A specs perfectly. Installation took longer than anticipated due to this mismatch. It eventually worked, but I expected better accuracy for the price.

Decent product but took a while to arrive
I bought this rebuild starter kit for my Yamaha XV1600A, and while it seems to be doing the job, the delivery was slower than I expected. The quality looks good, and the components fit well, but I would’ve preferred a quicker shipping experience. Still, it’s functioning as it should!

This starter kit from Rare Electrical was just what I needed for my Yamaha motorcycle. The quality is evident, and my XV1700AT now starts without any issues. The only downside was that the wiring diagram could have been clearer. But it still gets a solid thumbs up from me!
