I bought this for my 2016 Ram 3500 and while the PowerStep itself is fantastic, the installation instructions weren't super clear. It took a bit longer than expected to get everything set up, but once it was done, I was really happy with how they work.

Arrived faulty and had to return
Unfortunately, my AMP Research PowerStep didn’t work right out of the box. I was really looking forward to using it, but it wouldn’t deploy properly. Had to return it, which was a hassle. Hopefully, the replacement will work better.

Good product but packaging was damaged
The PowerStep itself is great, fits my Ram 2500 perfectly and works well. However, the packaging arrived a bit dented, which was disappointing. It didn’t affect the product, but I was worried at first that it might be damaged.
