The Bak MX4 Tonneau Cover is solid and does a great job of keeping stuff dry in the bed of my truck. However, it took longer to arrive than expected, which was a bit annoying. Still, I’m happy with the quality and how it fits my 2018 GMC Sierra.

Decent cover, but a few issues
I like the Realtruck Bak MX4, but I had a hard time with the installation instructions. They weren't as clear as I hoped. Once it was on, it looks good and works well, but getting there was a bit frustrating.

Arrived damaged, very disappointed
I was really excited to get the Realtruck Bak MX4 but when it arrived, there was a dent in one of the panels. I contacted customer service, but it took a while to get a replacement. The product itself seems great, but the initial experience was really frustrating.
