Traveling through the rocky paths, long highways, and winding roads of the country can be a stressful event when youre driving a large RV. To make it even worse, sometimes you hear a loud crash in the cabin of your rig and you just have to hang your head, wondering what broke this time. The biggest reason why things fall over while traveling is that they are not secured properly and by making sure everything from the shades to the table are tightly secured, you can minimize the amount of broken items during the trek to the campground. Concerning your cabinets, its important to make sure everything is secured inside of the cabinet but it is equally important to keep the cabinet door from opening during travel. For a secure hold while still allowing you to open the cabinet once you reach your destination, this cabinet strut is here for you. Made of durable plastic composite material, it attaches to the cabinet door and to the inside of the cabinet to allow for a door hold while open or closed. Black in color, they blend in and provide a subtle secure location. You can use the struts for either the left or the right side of the cabinets, as they are interchangeable. With the smooth swing motion and easy installation, you can have these in the cabinet and use them easily as soon as possible, getting you back on the road with your items safe and secure. Before heading out on the road, its important to check to make sure that all of your items are secure. For your cabinets, you can rest easy knowing that they are less likely to open during transit. For a better hold and even tighter security, you can also install cabinet door latches
I bought these RecPro struts for my RV's kitchen cabinets, but I found them a bit lacking in strength. They don't hold the doors open as securely as I hoped, especially when loaded with dishes. They look nice and are easy to install, though.

Decent but a bit tricky to install
The RecPro cabinet door holders do their job well, but I had some trouble installing them. The instructions weren't super clear, and it took a couple of tries to get it right. Once they were in, though, they worked fine for my camper cabinets.
