These replacement wheel locks are genuine replacements parts for the IKEA 114670 spiral wheel locks. These will fit most MALM, BRIMNES and other IKEA bed frames, but please consult manual to make sure this is the part you need. The wheels are 35mm diameter.
I had some trouble getting these cam locks to fit properly with my Songesand frame. The screws seemed a bit off at first, but after fiddling with it, I managed to make it work. Just a little frustrating during setup.

Great fit but slow shipping
The replacement cam wheel locks fit my Brimnes bed frame nicely. They feel sturdy and did the job, but I was bummed about the slow shipping. It took a week longer than expected to arrive, but I’m happy with the product itself.
