The V-band clamp is sealed by uniform pressure at the flange and NBR O-rings. ?Parameter?3 inch aluminum V band clamp is fit for 3.0 OD pipe, with stand 800psi rated pressure and 400F rated temperature. ?New design?This new PINLESS HD Clamp features an integrated clasp mechanism with a safety lock push-button, replacing the old quick release pin. This new clasp mechanism is very easy to use and delivers a significantly more secure connection, while the safety lock, which is always set in the locked position, provides an extra level of security to ensure the clamp never pops open unintentionally. Also the PINLESS HD Clamp provides the installer with positive feedback and an audible click when properly closed. ?Note?Please install the O-ring after the welding is completed and cooled down. I was a bit disappointed with this Riaiciing clamp. The aluminum feels kind of flimsy compared to others I’ve used, and it didn’t hold my intercooler pipe as securely as I'd hoped. It also took a long time to arrive. Won’t buy again unfortunately.

Sturdy Clamp for My Intercooler
I recently installed this Riaiciing 3-inch aluminum quick-release V-band clamp on my intercooler pipe, and it's working great. The 76mm size fit perfectly, and I love that it's so easy to take on and off when I need to do maintenance. Highly durable material too!

Good but had a hiccup
This clamp is solid for my throttle setup, but I had some trouble figuring out the quick-release mechanism at first. After a bit of fiddling, it worked fine. Just make sure you follow the instructions closely! Overall, decent quality clamp.
