RKs traditional round O-ring chain is a convenient blend of performance and affordability. SOs O-ring is constructed from Nitrite Butadiene to seal in lubrication and deliver smooth power with minimal seal ring drag or loss of horsepower. 520SO chains are suitable for low to mid-range CC motorcycles that came from the factory with sealed chains. 520SO can be used for both on street and off-road up to 400ccs. After using the RK Racing 520 chain for a few weeks now, I’m really happy with its performance. I can feel the power transfer is quicker, especially when I switch between street and off-road riding. The steel construction seems durable, and I expect it to last a long time.

Chain broke after short use
Unfortunately, the RK Racing chain I purchased didn’t hold up as expected. It started showing wear after just a few rides, and then it broke while I was out on the road. I’m really disappointed, especially since I was hoping for something more durable for off-road use.

Solid chain for my bike
I bought this RK Racing 520 series O-ring chain to replace the old one on my motorcycle. It feels super sturdy and has made a noticeable difference in my ride quality. The installation was pretty straightforward, but you definitely need to make sure you have the right tools!

Decent but had some hiccups
