All components are heat-treated using RK's exclusive HIT (Heat Induction Transfer) process. GB420MXZ racing chains are the strongest in their class giving you the best value-performance rating of any MX racing chain in the world today. With a maximum tensile strength rated at 5000 foot pounds and weighing in at only 1.76 pounds, the GB420MXZ is ideal for professional level 50cc to 125cc open class racing. Pin length in mm: 15.7mm. Maximum wear life index: 300. Maximum tensile in pounds/feet: 5000 pounds/feet. Master link type: clip. Weight in pounds per 100 links: 1.76 pounds. This chain is exactly what I needed for my MX racing setup. The 140-link design fits perfectly and the non-O-ring feature helps with lighter weight. It’s been reliable through rough conditions, and I love the way it looks on my bike!

Mixed Feelings About This Chain
I’m a bit torn with the RK Racing GB420MXZ. It works great on the track, no doubt, but the packaging arrived damaged, and I had to spend extra time checking for any missing links. Chain itself is fantastic, just wish the delivery was smoother.

Great Performance, but Some Rust
The RK Racing chain performs really well on the track, offering smooth power delivery. However, I noticed some rust spots after a few weeks, which was disappointing. It’s still working great, but I’d recommend regular maintenance to keep it looking good.
