I installed these Rough Country N3 front shock absorbers on my 1999 Ram 1500 and what a difference! The truck feels much more stable on the road and the absorption of bumps is excellent. They look great too, which is a nice bonus!

Received damaged, but they work fine
Unfortunately, one of the shock absorbers arrived with a dent. I contacted customer service, and they were helpful. Despite the damage, once installed, they perform well and improved my truck’s handling. Just wish they had arrived in better condition!

Easy to install, but not the best performance
Installation was straightforward for these N3 shock absorbers on my 1996 1500. However, I was hoping for a bit more comfort when hitting potholes. They're okay, but I expected a smoother ride based on the description.
