I like the new shocks; they improved my truck's handling quite a bit. However, the installation instructions weren't very clear, and I struggled a bit getting everything lined up. Still, they work well so I'm satisfied!

Stopped working after a few months
I loved these shocks at first, but one started leaking after just a few months of use. I expected better durability for the price. Now I have to look for replacements, which is a hassle.

Disappointed with the delivery time
I was really excited to get these shocks for my 2018 Ram 2500, but they took longer to arrive than expected. They perform pretty well now that they're installed, but the wait was frustrating.
