The spare tire carrier spacer does its job for my 2000 Jeep Wrangler. It gives me the height needed for my bigger tires, but the assembly could use some improvements. Overall, it’s decent for the price you pay.

Good but tricky installation
The spacer works fine for my 98 Jeep Wrangler, but the installation took longer than I expected. The instructions could be clearer, and I had to tweak some bolts to get it just right. Once it was on, it did the job well, though!

I was excited to install the Rough Country spare tire carrier spacer on my 2015 Wrangler, but it arrived with a small dent. It still worked, but I was bummed about the packaging. Just make sure you check it upon arrival!
