I was really excited about the Rupes LHR21V, but when it arrived, I found some minor scratches on the polisher. It works fine otherwise, but it was a letdown to have it damaged on arrival. It took a while to clean it up before using.

I mean, the Rupes polisher works well and the reduced noise is great, but I was disappointed with the shipping delay. I expected it to come faster for the price I paid. Still, it does the job nicely once you get it.

Solid performance but instruction manual could improve
The Rupes polisher kit performs great and really reduces noise while working. I did have some trouble with the instructions though; they weren't very clear on how to attach the accessories properly. Still, I'm satisfied with how well it works for detailing my car!
