Unfortunately, my actuator arrived with a dent, but it still works in my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. It was a bit frustrating since I had to make it work despite the damage. I’d recommend better packaging for future shipments.

Decent part, but shipping was slow
The Scitoo heater blend door actuator is decent and fit my 2017 Pacifica well. However, it took longer to arrive than I expected, which was frustrating. Still, it works fine now that it’s installed.

Smooth installation process!
I installed this Scitoo blend door actuator in my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica and it fit perfectly. Took about 30 minutes to swap out the old one. The heat is working great now; no more weird noises from the dashboard!

Good replacement but needed some tweaks
