I replaced the old struts on my 2005 Corvette with these and they work perfectly! The lift support is strong and the trunk opens smooth. Installation was simple, took me about 20 minutes tops.

Solid replacement for the price
These lift support struts are a solid buy for any Corvette owner. I replaced them on my 1999 model and they’re holding up great. Trunk opens easily now. Definitely worth the investment!

Decent, but could have better instructions
The gas shocks are working fine for my 2010 Corvette convertible, but the installation instructions were a bit unclear. I managed, but it took me a while to figure it all out. Once set up, they do hold the trunk well!

Not as sturdy as expected
I bought these struts for my 2001 Corvette. They fit okay, but after a few months, they started to lose strength. I hoped for better durability given the price.
