The Shell Rotella Extended Life ELC seems to be a solid product, but I had a bit of a hassle with delivery. It took a week longer than expected to arrive. Once I got it, it worked just fine in my vehicle and I like the concentrate format, but I wish the delivery was quicker.

Great value for a quality coolant
I've been using Shell Rotella Extended Life ELC for my truck's cooling system, and it's been working wonders. The 1-gallon concentrate is easy to mix, and I appreciate the case of six for stocking up. The coolant has kept my engine running cool even in this hot weather. Worth every penny!

Not as expected, arrived damaged
I was really looking forward to using the Shell Rotella coolant, but when it arrived, one of the bottles was dented and leaking. I reached out to customer service, but it took a while to get a response. The product itself seems good, but I was disappointed with the packaging.
