Fits Shoei RF-1200/RF-SR/X-14 Helmets Equipped with Pinlock Face Shields CW-1. CNS-1, and CWR-1. With ProSeal. Airtight chamber. Interchangeable. Easily cleaned.
The Pinlock insert is pretty good at preventing fogging, but I had a bit of trouble getting it set up properly on my CWR-1 shield. The instructions weren’t super clear, and it did take a couple of tries to get it right. Still works well now that it’s on!

Not impressed with the fog resistance
I bought the Shoei Pinlock insert for my CW-1 shield, hoping to eliminate fogging while riding. Unfortunately, it didn’t work as well as I expected. The installation was simple, but I still experienced some fogging during my rides. Kinda disappointed.
