I recently got the Simpson MBSSE Mod Bandit in dark smoke for my bike, and I'm loving it! The fit is perfect and it really cuts down on wind noise while riding. Plus, the dark smoke visor gives me awesome visibility without letting too much sunlight in.

Not what I expected
I bought this helmet thinking it would offer more ventilation. The style is cool, and the dark smoke finish looks good, but the airflow isn't as great as I hoped. It feels a bit stuffy on long rides, so I'm giving it 3 stars for aesthetics and build quality.

Stylish and functional!
I got this helmet specifically for my daily rides, and I’m super happy with it. The dark smoke visor looks sleek and protects my eyes from glare. It feels really sturdy, and the comfort level is impressive. I’d say it’s a solid buy!

Decent but could use improvements
The Simpson Bandit helmet is okay for short rides, but it could be better with the padding. The dark smoke visor is nice, but the fit is a little loose. I had some difficulty adjusting it to my head shape, but it works for now.

Helmet arrived damaged
I was excited to get the Mod Bandit helmet, but it came with a scratch on the visor. The packaging was a bit flimsy, so I think that contributed to the issue. I've contacted customer service for a replacement, hopefully that goes smoothly.
