The Slide Out Motor Gear seems solid, but the installation instructions were a bit vague. I managed to get it working, but it took a fair amount of trial and error. Just be prepared for that! Good performance once it's in place.

Disappointing quality
I was really hoping this metal gear would work well, but it bent during installation. It might be okay for light use, but I expected better strength for the price. Now I have to look for a replacement after just a few weeks of use.
