I found the Smooth-On Slacker to be okay for light applications, but I was hoping for a bit more from it when it comes to heavy vibrations. It works well enough for smaller areas, but I wouldn’t rely on it for larger projects.

Good product, but a bit messy
The Slacker silicone deadener does a decent job in reducing noise. My only issue is that it can be pretty messy during application. Make sure you’re prepared with gloves and a drop cloth. Overall, it helps a lot with sound dampening.
