I recently installed these SX140P10 gas struts on my Leer camper shell, and they work like a charm. With a lift force of 44N, it's much easier to open and close the top now. The 14-inch length fits perfectly, and I'm really satisfied with their performance!

Sturdy and reliable for usage

Perfect fit for my canopy!

Disappointed with durability
Unfortunately, one of the struts failed after just a couple of weeks. I loved the initial lift support for my truck's toolbox, but I expected them to last longer. Customer service is helping me with a replacement, so hopefully, it works better next time.

Good, but installation was tricky
The gas struts are solid for lifting my truck toolbox, but I had a bit of trouble with the installation. The instructions could’ve been clearer. Once I got them on, though, they hold up well and feel very sturdy, just like I needed!
