I was excited to get these extensions for my Harley, but they arrived with a small crack. I contacted customer support, and they were super responsive and sent a replacement right away. The new ones fit great and look sharp. Bummed about the initial issue, but happy with the resolution!

Not the easiest install but worth it
These extensions really improve the look of my CVO Road Glide. The ABS is solid, but the installation instructions could use some clarity. It took a bit longer than I expected to get everything lined up correctly. But once they were on, wow do they look sharp!

Slightly disappointing color match
I got these saddlebag extensions for my Electra Glide Ultra, and they look decent. However, the black isn't quite the same as my bike's finish. They still work well, and the build seems sturdy enough, but I wish the color matched better. Still functional though!
