The charger does its job well, but I struggled a little with the initial setup. The instructions weren’t super clear on how to connect everything for the quad bank. Once I figured it out, it's been working great for maintaining my lithium batteries!

Stopped working after a month
Unfortunately, my charger stopped functioning after just a month of use. I followed the guidelines for charging my lithium batteries, but something clearly went wrong. I’m disappointed because I really liked it at first. Going to contact support to see if they can help!

Great Charger for Lithium Batteries!
I got the TecMate OptiMate 4S for my lithium batteries, and it works like a charm. The 0.8A output is perfect for my quad bank setup, and the 8-step charging process really keeps my batteries in top shape. Highly recommend this for anyone with multiple 12V lithium batteries!

Reliable, but slow delivery
I have been using the TecMate OptiMate for a few weeks now, and it does keep my batteries charged well. My only issue is that it took longer than expected to arrive, which was a bit frustrating. Just be patient and it’s worth the wait!
