Timken Seals are designed to prevent leakage around valves, shafts, and other moving parts of the vehicle. They prevent fluid from leaking out between the shaft and the housing. These seals prevent abrasives, corrosive moisture and other harmful contaminants from entering the machines.
I bought the Timken 225005 seal for my vehicle maintenance. While the quality is top-notch, I felt it was a bit pricey compared to other options. That being said, you really do get what you pay for with Timken. No complaints about performance!

Unfortunately, the Timken 225005 seal I received was damaged upon arrival. It looked like it had been mishandled in shipping. I had to return it, and that process was a bit frustrating. I hope the replacement is in better shape!
