Timkens Generation 3 wheel end system is a self-retained, integrated package bearing featuring active sensing technology that offers design flexibility and bolt-on simplicity. Generation 3 improves stiffness and brake performance, reduces weight and envelope size. Hub-forming technology reduces strain on components. I used the Timken preset pre-greased bearings on my Ford truck, and they worked like a charm. The install was easy, and I love that they're already greased and sealed, so I didn’t have to deal with any mess. Definitely a reliable choice for heavy-duty use!

Not impressed with the quality
Unfortunately, my Timken bearings started leaking grease within a few weeks. I thought they would hold up better since they’re pre-greased and sealed. I expected more from such a well-known brand.
