Transtar 4313 Black Tex Coat (16 oz aerosol) is a rapid drying, flexible protective coating. Has a texture that can be varied in order to match OEM textures as found on rocker panels and valances. TDS 303. Warning: This product can expose you to chemicals which is [are] known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm.
The black Tex Coat seems durable and gives a nice finish, but it arrived with a small dent in the can. Thankfully, it still worked fine, but I wish packaging was better. Overall, I’m happy with the results!

Disappointed with color accuracy
I was excited to use the black Tex Coat, but it ended up being more of a dark gray when dried. Not what I wanted for my project. I guess I’ll have to repaint it with something else.
