I was excited to install this TRQ rear window regulator set, but it took longer to arrive than expected. The product itself works fine, but the delay was a bit frustrating. It’s hard to enjoy a good product when the wait was so long!

Good value, minor hiccup
The TRQ window regulator set is a solid product, but the instruction manual could use some work. It took me a little longer to figure things out, but once I got it, everything worked great. My 2003 Grand Marquis has its windows functioning like new now!

Stopped working after a month
I really wanted to like these regulators for my 2004 Marauder, but one of them stopped working after just a month. They were easy to install, but I expected better durability. Now I've got to look for a replacement. Not happy with this purchase.
