The Tusk Petcock Rebuild Kit will repair your worn, leaky petcock so it works like new. This kit contains the petcock body O-ring, the internal seal, the outer O-ring and screws to rebuild your stock petcock. All items are made to OEM specifications & quality.
I picked up the Tusk Petcock Rebuild Kit for my 1988 YZ250 and it was just what I needed. All components were there, and it was easy to swap out the old parts. My bike is running smoother now, and I’m really happy with the performance boost!

Not impressed with the quality
I was excited to use the Tusk kit on my 2021 YZ250, but I found some parts didn’t last long. After a few rides, the petcock started leaking. Maybe I got a defective set, but I expected better quality for the price. Probably won't buy again.

Good kit but missing some instructions
The Tusk Petcock Rebuild Kit did its job for my YZ125. The parts seem solid and fit well, but I wish there were clearer instructions included. It took me a bit of trial and error to figure things out. Still, it’s a decent kit for the price.
