TYC brand of AC Condensers are designed to compliment and optimize your vehicles air conditioning system and provide years of trouble free service. Before leaving the factory, every condenser that bears the TYC label has been leak-tested and test-fit on actual vehicles for perfect installation and proper functioning. All TYC condensers are similar to OE construction and the quality is in the details, from the number of tubes, the quantity of cooling fins, to the position of all mounting brackets and inlet and outlet hoses and fittings. The design will be similar to OE to ensure quick and painless installation.
Overall, this TYC condenser assembly does the job for my 2009 Malibu, but the mounting brackets didn't align perfectly. I had to do a bit of tweaking to get it secure. It's cooling well now, just wish the install had been easier!

Excellent replacement part
I replaced the old condenser in my 2010 Malibu with this one and couldn't be happier. It cools down the car quickly, and the build quality feels solid. Took me about an hour to install. Highly recommend it if you need a new condenser!

Not happy with the quality
I was excited to replace my 2005 Malibu's condenser with this one, but it started leaking after just a few weeks of use. I might've gotten a defective unit, but I'm pretty frustrated with it. I'll have to look for something else.

Good product but delivery was slow
The condenser works great on my 2007 Chevy Malibu, but I was a bit disappointed with the shipping time. It took almost two weeks to arrive. Once I had it, installation was smooth and the part itself seems very well made. Just wish I had it sooner!

Great fit for my Malibu!
I installed this TYC condenser assembly on my 2006 Chevrolet Malibu, and it fits perfectly. The cooling performance is back to what it used to be, and it was pretty straightforward to install too. Took me a couple of hours, but well worth it!
