TYC brand of AC Condensers are designed to compliment and optimize your vehicles air conditioning system and provide years of trouble free service. Before leaving the factory, every condenser that bears the TYC label has been leak-tested and test-fit on actual vehicles for perfect installation and proper functioning. All TYC condensers are similar to OE construction and the quality is in the details, from the number of tubes, the quantity of cooling fins, to the position of all mounting brackets and inlet and outlet hoses and fittings. The design will be similar to OE to ensure quick and painless installation.
I received the TYC condenser for my Cobalt damaged, and it was clear the packaging wasn’t sturdy enough. I managed to fix it after some bending, but I expected better quality for the price. Cooling is decent though, so it's a mixed bag.

Pretty good, but a few hiccups
This TYC condenser for my 2007 Cobalt works well now that it’s installed, but the instructions could have been clearer. I struggled a bit putting it in. Overall, it brought my AC back to life, so I'm happy with the purchase!
