TYC heavy-duty alternators are built brand-new, with no recycled internal components. The bearings, field casing, rotor, rectifier, stator, diode, regulator are all 100 percent new, not remanufactured. The alternator itself is decent, works well with my Tundra. I just wish the shipping was faster; it took a whole week longer than expected. Still, it fit perfectly, so I can't complain too much.
