TYC alternators are built brand new to meet Original Equipment (OE) specifications. The bearings, brushes, rotor, stator, rectifier, regulator are all 100 percent new to provide longer service life than remanufactured alternators.
Swapped out my old alternator with this TYC one for my 2007 Honda Fit. It was easy to install and has been working perfectly. So glad I chose this brand — feels reliable and solid.

Okay but had some issues
The alternator works fine, but it took a bit longer than expected to arrive. Also, the instructions could be clearer; I had to figure out a couple of steps on my own. Still, it’s working so far!
