I recently used the USA Standard Gear ZIKD60-S for a differential rebuild on my Dana 60 and it performed great. The 30-spline design fit perfectly, and I love how smooth everything runs now. Installation was straightforward, just be sure to follow the torque specs!

Disappointing performance
I expected more from these gears. After a couple of weeks, I started hearing some grinding noises that shouldn’t be there. I checked the installation, and everything was correct. Not happy with this purchase at all.

Perfect fit for my differential

Good but took some time to arrive
The gear set seems solid, and it works as advertised. However, I had a bit of a wait for delivery, which was frustrating. Once I got it installed, though, the performance improved significantly! Just wish the shipping was quicker.

Not the best packaging
The product itself works just fine, but it arrived with some minor damage due to poor packaging. I was lucky it didn’t affect the gears. They’re doing their job well now, but just be aware of how it’s shipped.
