This affordable macerator system provides a water-powered, high-velocity jet nozzle that uses shear force to pulverize waste and toilet tissue for a cleaner tank. This sewage system is strong enough to pump sewage up to 100 feet or 3 feet uphill with just water pressure, providing easy use without the need for an electric pump. This sewage macerator system is easy to install and use on your RV, camper, or trailer without extra fittings or hardware. When the pumping is finished, the swivel jet nozzle cleans the whole system, both upstream (valve/pipe/tank) and downstream (drain hose). Included with this sewer drainage kit are a 10 drain hose, pump head, sewer adapter, quick connect, and anti-siphon valve - everything you need to get pumping right away. The Valterra RV SewerSolution Drainage Kit requires fresh water connection for dumping.
Overall, the Valterra drainage kit does its job, but I found a couple of accessories felt a bit cheap. The hose works great, but I wish the fittings were more durable. It still gets the job done, though!

Not what I expected
Unfortunately, my Valterra kit arrived with a couple of missing accessories. I was really looking forward to using it. I called customer service, and they were helpful, but it was still a hassle. It works well once fully set up, though.
