I bought the Velvac 709770 replacement kit for my old GM mirror and it fits perfectly. The flat glass is high quality and the installation was straightforward. Very happy with how it turned out!

Arrived cracked, disappointing experience
Unfortunately, the glass in the Velvac kit arrived cracked, which was a total letdown. I had to return it and buy another one. I love the idea of this replacement kit, but I wish the packaging was more secure during shipping.

Decent kit, but could use better instructions
The Velvac replacement kit worked fine for my GM mirror, but I found the instructions a bit confusing. I managed to get it done after a few tries, but clearer steps would’ve made it smoother. Glass quality seems solid though!
