Vibra-Tite Hot-lock is a medium-high strength, ceramic based threadlocker which exhibits unparalleled temperature resistance and excellent performance across many different substrate finishes.
I had high hopes for the Vibra-Tite Hot Lock, but it didn't perform as I expected. After a few weeks in a high-temp environment, the bolts started coming loose. Maybe I applied it incorrectly, but I wouldn't trust it for critical applications.

Decent but not perfect
The Hot Lock threadlocker works well under high temperatures, but I had a bit of trouble getting it to set properly. It took longer than expected to cure, which was a bit frustrating. Still, it holds strong, so I can't complain too much!

I've been using the Vibra-Tite Hot Lock on my engine components, and it's held up perfectly through extreme heat. The translucent color is nice since it blends in without being too obvious. Much better than standard thread lockers in high-temperature settings!
