Argodiode Battery Isolators allow simultaneous charging of two or more batteries from one alternator, without connecting the batteries together. Discharging the accessory battery for example will not result in also discharging the starter battery. Low voltage drop due to the use of high efficiency Schottky diodes.
The Victron Energy battery isolator does what it's supposed to, but I had a tough time with the installation instructions. It took me a couple of tries to get everything right. Once set up, it has been reliable with my three batteries, so I can't complain too much!

Solid performance for my RV
I installed the Victron Argodiode isolator on my RV and it works like a charm. It easily handles 100 amps across three batteries without any issues. The build quality seems really robust, and I'm glad I made this upgrade for my camping trips!

Does the job, but pricey
While the Victron isolator is effective at isolating my batteries, I feel like it's a bit on the expensive side for what it does. I expected a bit more for the price, but it does maintain power between my three batteries well enough. Just wish it had clearer setup instructions!

Failed after a few weeks
I really wanted to like this battery isolator, but mine stopped working after just a month. I followed all the installation guidelines, but still had issues. Very disappointed as I expected better from Victron Energy. Would not recommend this product if reliability is what you need.
