Specially tested by Volvo Penta in drives and transmissions. Because the oils are synthetic they provide excellent protection against wear at both high and low extremes of temperature. Great for my Volvo Penta!

Packaging issues on delivery
The gear lube itself is good once applied, but the quart I received had a dented bottle, which made it a bit awkward to pour. It still worked fine, just not what I expected when ordering a new product.

Good quality, but pricey
The oil seems to work well in my outdrive, but I think it's a bit expensive compared to other brands. Still, you can feel the quality, and I trust Volvo Penta products. Just wish it was a little cheaper!

Stopped working after a month
Unfortunately, after using this synthetic oil in my outdrive for just a month, I noticed some issues. The shifting got rougher, and I had to change it again. Not happy with how it performed long-term.
