The Vortex 520 SX3 chain is solid, but I had a tough time getting it installed properly. The performance is great once you get it on, and I love the black color. Just be prepared for a bit of hassle during setup.

Arrived damaged, disappointing
I was excited to install the Vortex chain, but it arrived with some links bent. The packaging looked fine, but clearly it was mishandled. Tried to fix it, but ended up returning it. Really frustrating experience.

Not as flexible as I hoped
I bought this chain for my road bike, thinking it would be a good fit. It's okay, but I find it a bit rigid compared to my old chain. Works fine with 120 links, but I expected a bit more flexibility. Not bad overall.
