VP Racing Fuels was founded by Steve Burns, who initially exhibited his aptitude for R&D in the early 1970s as a young racer in San Antonio, Texas. Self-taught in chemistry and physics, Steve was convinced the race fuel manufacturers of the day were falling short in their quest for optimum horsepower.
I used VP Fuel's Break-In Oil for my new engine, and I've been really happy with how it's performed. The 10W-40 viscosity is perfect for the break-in period and it seems to keep everything running smoothly. Definitely a solid choice for any new build!

Impressive performance on my new engine
Just finished breaking in my new engine with this 10W-40 oil and I can honestly say it’s impressive. The engine runs smoother than I anticipated. Definitely a recommended break-in oil for anyone building an engine!

No issues after using it!
I bought the VP Break-In Oil for my modified engine and it worked perfectly. The 10W-40 consistency is great and I noticed better performance after the break-in period. I would definitely buy this again for my next project!

Not as expected, had some issues
I had high hopes for the VP Fuel Break-In Oil, but it didn't quite meet my expectations. The oil seemed to be fine, but I experienced some light knocking during the break-in. I might try a different brand next time.

Good oil, but a bit pricey
This break-in oil from VP Fuel works well, but I have to say it's more expensive than some other options. The 10W-40 weight is great for my engine, but I wish it came in a larger bottle for the price. It did its job though, so I can't complain too much.
