Since 1939, WIX Filters has been an innovator in filtration products. WIX designs, manufactures and distributes products for automotive, diesel, agricultural, industrial and specialty filter markets.
Unfortunately, the Wix filter I ordered came with a couple of dents that made it impossible to install properly. I had to return it and find a different brand. Very frustrating experience as I needed it right away for maintenance!

Solid filter for my truck

Good filter but packaging could improve
The Wix 51777 filter works well and fits perfectly on my vehicle, but the packaging was a bit disappointing. It arrived with a few dents, which made me worry about the filter's integrity. Luckily, it performed as expected once installed, so all's well that ends well!

Decent performance but not the best
I bought this Wix spin-on lube filter for my SUV and while it does the job, I expected a bit more. I've had filters that seem to last longer between oil changes, but this one gets the job done for now. Just wish it had a longer lifespan.
