I swapped out my old fuel tank shut-off valve with this Yamakato model, and it works like a charm. The installation was straightforward, and it fits my Generac perfectly. Highly impressed with how easily it controls the flow of gas; no leaks or issues so far!

Decent, But Had Some Installation Issues
The Yamakato fuel tank shut-off valve is decent, but I did struggle a bit with installation since the instructions weren’t super clear. After a few attempts, I finally got it sorted. It does work well once installed, but that initial hiccup was a bit annoying.

Not as Durable as Expected
I was looking forward to using this Yamakato shut-off valve, but it stopped functioning after a couple of uses. It seemed well-made, but I guess I got a faulty one. Disappointed because I really needed it for my Champion generator. Won't buy again.
