I bought these hood struts for my 740li and was excited to install them. Unfortunately, one of the struts didn't work properly right out of the box. I contacted customer service, and they were helpful, but it was disappointing to deal with a faulty product. The other strut works fine, though!

Sturdy struts for my BMW
I installed these YHTAUTO hood struts on my 740i last week, and they've been fantastic! The lift support is strong and the gas springs are just the right tension. Installation was simple, and they feel very durable. Definitely a solid purchase if you're looking to replace old struts.

Decent but shipping was slow
The hood struts from YHTAUTO work pretty well on my 750li, but I had a bit of a wait for delivery. They seem to hold the hood up without any issues, and the installation was straightforward. Just wish shipping was quicker next time!
