I was really looking forward to installing this coolant recovery tank, but it arrived with a crack. I was disappointed since I needed it for my 1999 BMW E39 urgently. Now I’ll have to return it and find another option. Not what I expected.

Decent product but arrived late
The coolant recovery tank itself seems solid and fits my 1998 BMW E38 well. However, it took longer than expected to arrive. I had to wait a week longer than the estimated delivery date, which was frustrating. Otherwise, it works as needed.

Installation was tricky
I bought this reservoir for my 1997 BMW 728i and while the quality seems fine, the installation was a bit tricky. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I struggled a bit getting everything lined up properly. Once it was in, no issues though.
