Decent product but installation was tricky
The window regulator seems solid and works well, but I found the installation instructions a bit vague. Took me longer than expected to get it in my 2000 XJ. Once installed, it works great!

Broke after a few months
I really liked the window regulator at first, but it stopped working after about three months. Not sure if I just got a faulty unit. I really wanted it to last longer since it fit my Jeep well.
