Broken right out of the box
Unfortunately, the power window regulator arrived damaged. The motor didn't work at all. I was really disappointed, especially since I needed it installed before a road trip. I had to send it back, and now I'm stuck without a working window!

Installing was a hassle
I ran into some trouble trying to install this window regulator in my 2008 Honda Element. The instructions weren't very clear, and I had to watch a couple of videos online to figure it out. It eventually worked, but it was frustrating at first.

Decent, but delivery was slow
The window regulator seems to be working fine so far in my 2005 Element, but I have to say the delivery took longer than expected. It took a while to get here, but at least the product itself is solid and gets the job done. Just be prepared to wait a bit!
