Good Part, But Took a While to Arrive
The regulator itself is solid and functions well, but I was a bit disappointed with how long it took to get delivered. It took about a week longer than expected. Still, it was worth the wait since it fits my 2004 Deville perfectly!

Replaced My Old Window Regulator

Not Quite What I Expected
While the installation instructions were okay, I found a few steps confusing. The regulator works, but the window is a bit slower than the original one. I guess it’s good enough for a replacement on my 2005 Cadillac. Just wish it had a smoother operation.

Arrived Damaged
Unfortunately, my window regulator arrived with some damage, which was pretty disappointing. I was able to get a replacement, but it took longer than I wanted to fix my window. Hopefully, the replacement will hold up better!
