Tired of your rear factory shock mounts dragging the rocks? These new lower shock mounts were designed to raise the shock mount a full 3 on an XJ. The new lower mount is relocated even with the bottom of the axle tube, thus drastically increasing ground clearance. This weld on bracket is made from 3/16 steel and includes a new shock stud that will mate with any standard 5/8 ID shock bushing. Combine this with the bar pin eliminator for the ultimate rear XJ shock setup.
The shock relocation kit from Zone Offroad is good quality but be prepared to spend some extra time on the installation. I had a few hiccups aligning everything correctly, which slowed me down. That said, it's definitely worth it for the improved ride quality off-road!

Disappointed with the fitment
I wanted to like this shock relocation kit, but it didn’t fit my model as well as I hoped. The welds seem strong, but I ended up having to modify some parts to make it work. It’s functional now, but the installation struggle left me less than thrilled.
